Can't Get Used to Losing You/Love, Andy

by: Andy Williams

This Columbia two-fer combines 1963's Can't Get Used to Losing You with 1967's Love, Andy. For the rare listener (or kitsch fanatic) curious enough to want original LPs from Andy Williams, this isn't the worst choice. The first LP includes a pair of his big hits (the title song, "Days of Wine and Roses") plus Andy's versions of a few hits of the day. The second sinks into kitsch with irrepressibly breezy takes on pop hits like "Kisses Sweeter Than Wine," "Somethin' Stupid," "The Look of Love," and "What Now, My Love?," plus a priceless version of the Beach Boys' "God Only Knows." ~ John Bush
