Now That's What I Call a Summer Party

The NOW Music series offers up a second edition of their Now That's What I Call a Summer Party collection for the 2015 season. A slight tweak on their standard compilations, the Summer Party albums feature mostly uptempo pop and dance jams appropriate for the warmer months. Many of the songs are chart hits (Jess Glynne's "Hold My Hand" and Sam Smith's "Money on My Mind"), but other representatives from the 2000s (Katy Perry's Snoop Dogg-assisted "California Gurls" and Shakira's "Hips Don't Lie") make a strong case to be included as well. Essentially, it's a three-disc set of typical NOW highlights minus the ballads. ~ Timothy Monger
