Adam Spreeman

A fan of singer/songwriters such as Ed Sheeran and John Mayer as well is more direct influences like Justin Bieber and Ellie Goulding, singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Adam Spreeman crafts effervescent pop music. His debut EP, Liquid, landed on the Billboard Independent Albums chart upon its release in 2018. Originally from Tecumseh, Michigan, Spreeman and his family moved frequently during his childhood, though he was mostly home-schooled in his home state. He began playing music as a toddler, starting on drums before taking up the guitar at age 12. Soon after, he began writing songs, and performed both solo and in a number of bands over the course of his teens. By then in his twenties, Spreeman was featured on hip-hop artist J. Reed's single "Love Me" in late 2016, before releasing his own dance-pop single, "Bad Habit," in mid-2017. The pop-rap tune "Poster Child" followed in early 2018. The latter appeared on his debut EP, Liquid, issued by Oxley 8 Music and Mytrell Records in April of 2018. The EP reached number 22 on Billboard's Independent Albums chart a month later. ~ Marcy Donelson
