A-JAX

Erstwhile South Korean boyband A-Jax formed in 2012 and comprised five members: Hyeongkon, Yunyoung, Seungjin, Seungyeop, and Junghee. They stepped out officially as a group on MBC Music's Making the Star – DSP Boyz show in April 2012 before dropping their debut single "One 4 U" that June, an amalgam of pop and rock, which was later re-recorded in Japanese and delivered as their debut single in Japan. It wasn't long before their debut mini-album saw the light. 2MYX (an abbreviation of To My Ex) was released in November 2012 and anchored by the singles "One 4 U" and "Hot Game." A-Jax went on to amass a healthy supple of singles and issue two more EPs—2013's Insane, which went to number eight in South Korea and 2013's Snake, which reached number 13—before calling it a day in 2018, bowing out with one last single: "You." In March 2019, it was announced that the group had officially disbanded.
