Big Dixon

South Carolina rockers Big Dixon have been blasting out country-fried Southern rock since 1995, when they first came together in the town of Spartanburg. Consisting of singer David McBee, guitarist John Fusco, bassist Michael Watson, and drummer Chris Smith, the band had a passion for the classic blues rock and hard rock bands of the 70's and wanted to emulate that sound. In 2000, the band signed to Lost Gold Records and released a self-titled album showcasing their skills the next year. But in June of 2002, the band was dropped and was left searching for a new home for their next record. ~ Bradley Torreano
