dEAf PEdESTRIANS (as they were billed) were an alternative rock band based in Dallas, Texas. Their first major-label album …And Other Distractions was released with Virgin Records on February 12, 2008. They combined elements of punk rock, alternative rock, country music, southern rock, hard rock, and heavy metal.
