Demba Nabé

Demba Nabé, who went by the name Boundzound, was a singer and rapper known best as frontman of the hip-hop, reggae and dancehall band Seeed until his death aged 46 on 31st May, 2018, of causes not announced. The band formed in Berlin and had several hits including 'Dickes B' (2001) but their last album in 2012 was, 'Seeed', which topped the German albums chart. Boundzound released an eponymous solo album in 2007 with singles such as 'Louder' and 'Stay Alive'. He collaborated with singer Oceana on a 2009 single, 'Bang', and with Montana Beats on the 2011 album 'Ear'. In March 2019, Seeed announced that they would release a new album with Boundzound and tour Germany later in the year. They said later they would continue with their plans despite the singer's death.
