Fuerza Regida

Known for a diverse version of Regional Mexican music that includes norteño, rap, Corridos tumbados, banda, and mariachi influences, Fuerza Regida is a Mexican-American band from San Bernardino, California. Frontman Jesús Ortíz Paz, rhythm guitarist Khrystian Ramos, twelve-string guitarist Samuel Jaimez, sousaphone player José "Pelón" García, and tololoche player Moisés López formed the band in 2017. Matching traditional Mexican sounds with contemporary urban influences like hip-hop, the group made its studio debut with Del Barrio Hasta Aquí, which reached Number 1 on Billboard's Regional Mexican Albums chart and eventually went double-platinum. The album's biggest single was "El Dinero los Cambió," which went seven-times platinum. Fuerza Regida returned to the Number 1 slot on Regional Mexican Albums with Del Barrio Hasta Aquí's follow-up, Adicto, which was released one year later. Albums like 2020's Otro Pedo, Otro Mundo, 2021's Del Barrio Hasta Aquí, Vol. 2, 2022's Pa Que Hablen, and 2022's Sigan Hablando followed, with the final two albums both reaching Number 1, as well. Also arriving in 2022 was the band's signature single, "Bebe Dame," which reached Number 1 on Billboard's Mexico Songs, Hot Latin Songs, Latin Airplay, and Regional Mexican Airplay charts. The song was quickly certified diamond, as well. One year later, the band returned to the top of the Mexico Songs chart with three Number 1 hits: "Sabor Fresa," "Qué Onda," and "Harley Quinn."
