Brooklyn-born Puerto Rican reggaeton singer and songwriter (June 22, 1985) Gotay has secured a following in the United States, Puerto Rico, and all over the Latin music world since first stepping out with "My Life" in 2009. Also known by the nickname "El Autentiko," he issued his debut album, El del Vibrato, in 2013 on the Autentiko Music imprint, and spawned a Latin American chart-topper and Billboard Latin Rhythm top 20 single in "Real Love." His second album, El Chamaquito De Ahora, arrived in 2017, and a third, Autentik, in 2020. He is also a keen collaborator, teaming up with artists such as Nova y Jory, Farruko, J Alvarez, Guelo Star, Noise Angel, Genio y Baby Johnny, as well as Ñengo Flow, over the years.
