Jungle

Formed in 2013 in London, electro-soul duo Jungle, comprised of producers and multi-instrumentalists Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland, first garnered attention with their self-titled debut album in 2014. The album reached the 7th position on the British charts, earning them a nomination for the Mercury Prize. Gradually venturing into new styles like neo-soul and funk, their next album For Ever (2018) reached number 10 on the charts, which was followed in 2021 with Living in Stereo, seeing the duo achieve their highest ranking in the UK, coming in at number 3. This success was fueled by hit singles such as "Keep Moving," "Talk About It," and "Romeo." During the same year, Jungle notably collaborated on the single "Don't Be Afraid" with Diplo and Damian Lazarus, and also remixed Brittany Howard's "History Repeats." After touring with live musicians and Andreya Triana as a backing vocalist, the duo returned to the studio to produce the vintage-inspired album Volcano (2023), accompanied by a short film. The album debuted at number 3 and featured collaborations with Roots Manuva, Channel Tres, Erick the Architect, and Bas.
