Ofenbach

Named after the French classical composer Jacques Offenbach, Ofenbach is a electronic dance-pop duo formed by French DJs Dorian Lauduique and César de Rummel. Before they combined house, dance, and electro-rock influences into hits like "Be Mine," the two met while attending the same school in Paris. They began collaborating in 2014, releasing remixes of tracks by artists like Miriam Makeba, Andreas Moe, James Bay, Lily & Madeleine, and Shem Thomas. They also collaborated with Karik, Lack of Afro, Wax, Herbal T and Benjamin Ingrosso. Their 2015 single "Be Mine" was a Top 5 hit in multiple European countries, going platinum or multi-platinum in Germany, France, Italy, and Poland. Two years later, the duo topped the French charts with "Katchi," which featured vocals from the American singer Nick Waterhouse. "Be Mine" and "Katchi" both received a diamond certification in France, with the follow-up singles "Paradise" (2018) and "Rock It" (2019) both going gold. 2020's "Head Shoulders Knees & Toes" became another platinum hit across Europe, and the duo returned in 2021 with the singles "Wasted Love," "Call Me Papi," and "Hurricane."
