American rapper Alejandro Carranza (born November 27, 1993 in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A) is noted as as a founding member of the hip hop group Shoreline Mafia, who rose to fame with their distinctive West Coast sound, blending elements of trap, hip-hop, and melodic rap, gaining significant attention with mixtapes and tracks that resonated strongly within the underground rap scene. With a style characterized by his signature flow, OhGeesy made his transition to solo artist in 2021, featuring on American rapper Drakeo the Ruler's single "For Real" and its subsequent music video alongside American rapper Ketchy the Great. In May 2021, he dropped his single "Get Fly" with American rapper DaBaby, collaborating with American rapper YG on the video for his 2021 track "Big Bad Wolf,” ahead of his debut solo album, Geezyworld, which climbed to number 102 on the Billboard 200, featuring appearances from A Boogie wit da Hoodie, DaBaby, BlueBucksClan, and Moe Faygoo. Despite teaming up with Cash Kidd on the track "GEEKALEEK" in February 2023, which climbed to number 25 on the Billboard Top 25 Radio Rap Song charts, his second album Geezyworld 2, didn't gather much traction, however the rapper bounced back in December with Trophies, a collaboration with San Francisco rapper Berner, making notable strides on streaming charts.
