Profyle

Profyle are an American R&B group who originated from Shreveport, Louisiana in 1995 and had a brief period in the limelight after signing to Motown and releasing two albums with them. The first of these albums was 'Whispers in the Dark' which they released in 1999 with the lead single 'I Ain't The One'. Their second album 'Nothin' But Drama' came out a year later and produced three singles, most notably 'Liar' which briefly topped the Billboard R&B chart and peaked at number 14 on the mainstream US Pop Chart. However, despite the video for 'Liar' receiving extensive coverage on MTV, the band's career never really took off and they subsequently left Motown. The band independently released a self-titled album in 2004 and in 2015 released another album titled 'So Far So Good' but have not released any further material.
