Silbermond

Silbermond are a German rock band formed in Bautzen in eastern Germany in 2000 by singer Stefanie Kloß, guitarist Thomas Stolle, his brother and bassist Johannes Stolle and drummer Andreas Nowak. They had hit albums in their homeland and toured internationally. Releases have included 'Verschwende Deine Zeit' (2004), 'Laut Gedacht' (2006) and 'Nichts Passiert' (2009). Their 2012 release 'Himmel Auf' went to number two on the Germany Albums Chart and the title track reached number five on the Germany Songs Chart. 'Alles Auf Anfang 2014-2004' (2014) and 'Leicthes Gepack' (2015) both peaked at number four on the Albums Chart. They performed in the German segment of Live 8 and in the German version of Band Aid 30 Germany's 'Do They Know It's Christmas'. They announced an arena tour for 2019 and 2020 that would take them across Germany and Switzerland.
