Verzache

Zach Farache (born on December 11, 1997), aka Verzache, is a Canadian singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist who cultivated a large online following thanks to his woozy pastiche of R&B, bedroom pop, and hip-hop. Hailing from Toronto, Farache began experimenting with digital music software during his teenage years, crafting futuristic trap-influenced beats. He switched to a more organic, acoustic-based sound for his 2016 debut EP D97, which featured the track “Waiting for You,” a lo-fi pop gem that quickly became a fan favorite as it amassed millions of plays across streaming platforms. Things started to pick up in 2018 with the release of further standalone singles “Losing My Love,” “Needs,” and “No More,” and a full-length entitled Thought Pool hit the shelves in October of that year. Farache continued to expand his sonic palette with the 2019 singles “January,” “Feeling That Feel,” and “I Don’t Wanna Be Nothin’,” and dropped the tracks “Messed Up” and “Calling,” which served as a teaser for second album My Head is a Mosh Pit.
