Tjuvjakt

Best known for the multi-platinum single "Tårarna i halsen," Tjuvjakt is a Swedish rap collection that formed in Lidingö, Sweden, in 2012. Co-founder Jonathan Holmquis exited the lineup in 2013 in order to pursue a solo career, leaving the remaining members of Tjuvjakt — Fredrik Woodz, Olle Grafström, Jesper Swärd, Arvid Lundquist, and Kid Eriksson — to release their 2013 debut, Man ska vara seriös, as a five-piece. Neither Man ska vara seriös nor its 2014 follow-up, Musik är ju kul, charted in Sweden. The group's 2016 release, Välkommen till Mångata, marked Tjuvjakt's first taste of commercial success, with the album peaking at Number 16 on Sweden's Sverigetopplistan chart. One year later, Pojkvän climbed to Number 4, thanks to the popularity of "Tårarna i halsen" (which peaked at Number 6 on the Swedish singles chart) and "Mittenfingret upp" (which hit Number 79). Okokokokokokok was released in 2018, preceded by the gold-selling Top 20 hit "G-Unit & Canada Goose." The hits continued in 2019, with Tjuvjakt releasing two duets — "Vårt år" (with Estraden) and "Sodavatten" (with Movits!) — that both cracked the Top 40. The album Tomma fickor was released in 2020 and included another Top 40 duet, the Newkid collaboration "Apelsinskal." The album itself climbed to Number 26, followed by the radio single "En Sekund" and an accompanying full-length album in 2021.
